Identify Fixed Mindset Triggers: Spend the first week closely paying attention to your thoughts and reactions. Recall how did you act in critical situations and failures in your life. Notice situations where you exhibit a fixed mindset, such as avoiding challenges or feeling threatened by others' success. Also, identify what particular areas in your life you have a fixed mindset.
